With 21 teams of its students receiving awards at the 5th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition 2019, held on May 25-26, CUHK has become the big winner of the Competition and received the Outstanding Institution Award. What’s more, CUHK has completed a sweep of all ten Mathematics and Physics / Mechanics and Control Systems awards under the Innovation category, which exemplified CUHK’s research and innovation excellence in these areas. Among those ten awards received, six were won by MAE students, including one First-class Award, one Second-class Award and four Third-class Awards; and we have won three Merits as well. Thumbs up to their excellent work!
