
Dr. Li obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1999. Before joining the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006, he served as a research fellow at PolyU’s Research Center for Noise Abatement and Control. Dr Li is currently a senior lecturer and is dedicated to promoting STEM education and cultivating engineering talent in the Greater Bay Area. He integrates practical experience into undergraduate teaching and has guided students in cross-regional academic competitions for over a decade, fostering critical thinking and hands-on skills with notable success.
Dr. Li is a member of ASME and IIAV. He has published more than 50 technical papers in international journals and conferences and serves on the editorial boards of several international journals.
